This is STS Host And Tech INC’s refund policy. This refund policy explains how we charge our customers for using our products and services. You can get your money back for the product purchased from us during 30 days of the date of the buying process.

You are able to buy a hosting plan with no need to register or transfer a domain, and if you want to cancel your Service we will refund the amount without calculating pro-rated for using hosting services if cancellation is requested within the refund timeframe specified for the applicable product. Some of our products are not refundable under any circumstance.

  • Third parties softwares.

 

Money Back Guarantee Products policy

7-day money back promise and a money-back guarantee applied on

  • Shared web hosting (cPanel Shared Hosting And Plesk Shared hosting) 7 days grace period refund for 1 month subscription.
  • Reseller web hosting (cPanel reseller web Hosting And Plesk reseller web hosting) 7 days grace period refund for 1 month subscription.
  • WordPress web hosting 7 days grace period refund for 1 month subscription.
  • Managed VPS Server , excluding cPanel or any control panel ordered with the items ,The following items are not eligible for a refund: Softaculous Installer software; and offered SSL related to the product.
  • VPS SSD NVMe “for 3 months or more contract order” except licenses purchased as a bundle product “software refund policy applied.”
  • All new services ordered for software licenses “ordered AS bundle Products” ( CloudLinux OS License, Kernel Security Updates License, Jetbackup License, ). You will receive a full refund of services ordered within the last 7 days if you send a written request to our billing department. 

 

15-day money back promise and a money-back guarantee applied on

  • Softaculous License “ordered AS Standalone Product” We offer a one-month refund policy for Yearly Licenses.

 

30-day money back promise and a money-back guarantee applied on

  • Shared web hosting (cPanel Shared Hosting And Plesk Shared hosting) 30 days grace period refund for 3 months or more subscription.
  • Reseller web hosting (cPanel reseller web Hosting And Plesk reseller web hosting) 30 days grace period refund for 3 months or more subscription.
  • WordPress web hosting 30 days grace period refund for 3 months or more subscription.
  • All SSL Certificates “ordered AS Product” , simply cancel your product and your money will be refunded as soon as the SSL seller (the certificate authority CA) cancels your SSL.

* Setup fees associated with any items or bundle packages that are subject to our refund policy and money back promise are non-refundable.
